（個人情報保護方針）
一般社団法人日本アミューズメント産業協会（以下「当協会」といいます）は、個人情報の重要性を認識し、個人情報保護に関する法令およびその他の規範を遵守するとともに、以下の方針に基づき、個人情報の適正な取り扱いと保護に努めます。

1. 個人情報の取得について

当協会は、適法かつ公正な手段によって、個人情報を取得いたします。取得に際しては、その利用目的を明確にし、ご本人の同意を得たうえで取得します。

6. 外部委託について

業務の一部を外部に委託する場合、委託先に対して個人情報の適切な取り扱いを求め、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

7. 法令等の遵守と見直し

当協会は、個人情報保護に関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守するとともに、本ポリシーの内容を継続的に見直し、改善に努めます。

The Japan Amusement Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") recognizes the importance of personal information. If we outsource part of our business, we require the contractor to handle personal information appropriately and provide necessary and appropriate supervision.

The Association will comply with laws and regulations, national guidelines, and other standards regarding personal information protection, and will continuously review and strive to improve the contents of this Policy.
